We are here to answer your questions and help you overcome your substance use disorder.
- Treatment Assessment: Our admissions coordinator will speak with you over the phone to complete our initial assessment. - Insurance Verification: We will rapidly verify your insurance information and expedite the benefit process, while explaining coverage, out-of-pocket costs (if any), and provider authorization. We accept most major health insurance including NY Medicaid. In the event you are not covered, we can assist you to expedite a Medicaid application. We are here to help!
- Orientation:
You’ll arrive on a scheduled date and do a formal intake with our admissions office before beginning our new patient orientation and meeting individually with your primary therapist.
