At Seek Brooklyn, we make every effort to make getting alcohol and drug treatment as simple as possible. In fact, it’s as easy as 1-2-3. The only thing you need to do to get started is reach out and call us at 718.833.3320 for a confidential assessment. We are here to answer your questions and help you overcome your substance use disorder.

Treatment Assessment: Our admissions coordinator will speak with you over the phone to complete our initial assessment. This is a brief clinical evaluation of your addiction history, medical history, and pertinent court requirements.
Insurance Verification: We will rapidly verify your insurance information and expedite the benefit process, while explaining coverage, out-of-pocket costs (if any), and provider authorization. We accept most major health insurance including NY Medicaid. In the event you are not covered, we can assist you to expedite a Medicaid application. We are here to help!
Orientation: Upon your scheduled arrival, you'll complete a formal intake with our admissions office. Following this, you'll participate in our new patient orientation and meet individually with your primary therapist to begin your personalized treatment journey.
